The following "Return and Refund Policy" applies to all DIGI products.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Once you submit a return request via email, we will respond to you within 24 hours.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs (borne by DIGI or the customer) depends on the reason for the return, as outlined below:
When DIGI Covers Return Shipping Costs
DIGI will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Examples include:

The product arrives defective and cannot be repaired with replacement parts.

We shipped the wrong product.

We shipped to the wrong address.

We sent a duplicate order.

The product malfunctions within the 30-day return period (provided the customer installed and operated it correctly according to the product manual).
Special Circumstances:
If the product has quality issues, the customer is required to return it to DIGI’s designated warehouse in the United States, and DIGI will cover the shipping costs. However, if the return address differs from the original shipping address (e.g., the original address was in the U.S., but the return address is in a remote area or another country), resulting in shipping costs exceeding DIGI’s initial shipping expenses, the customer will be responsible for the additional costs.
IMPORTANT
For claims of damaged or defective merchandise, customers must provide videos or photos as evidence. Failure or refusal to provide such proof will result in the return being classified as "buyer’s remorse," and the customer will bear full responsibility for return shipping costs.
Proof of damage or defect must be provided before returning the item—no exceptions.
If a damaged/defective issue can be resolved with simple parts and guidance, we may offer free replacement parts and repair advice as an alternative to returning large or bulky items, for your convenience.
Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will inspect its condition. If confirmed defective, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
When the Customer Covers Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which vary by region.
DIGI can provide a prepaid return shipping label, with the shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Note: For orders with special shipping rates, actual outbound shipping costs will apply.
After the 30-day return period, defective items may be repaired under DIGI’s warranty policy. Please refer to the DIGI Warranty Policy for details.

Since we have warehouses in multiple locations to handle returns, please contact DIGI Customer Service via email (support@digimarker.us) to obtain the specific return address.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed within 3 business days via your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
A return or refund may be requested under the following conditions:

Within 30 days of receipt, the product is damaged during shipping, and the customer can provide proof of damage.

Within 30 days of receipt, the product significantly differs from the original description in one or more key aspects.

Within 30 days of receipt, the product experiences performance issues not caused by human damage. The customer must assist with all necessary battery tests, and both parties must confirm the existence of quality problems.
Order Cancellation
DIGI typically ships orders within 1–2 business days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the product has not yet shipped, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days (The specific time depends on the processing time of your credit card bank).
If the product has already shipped when you cancel, you must refuse delivery. The refund will be processed within 3 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.
