How long does it take to deliver a batch of customized batteries? Will there be delays?

Answer: For regular customization requirements (e.g., standard materials + regular voltage), the delivery cycle is 25-35 working days; for complex requirements (e.g., carbon fiber housing, special BMS functions, low-temperature adaptation), it takes 35-45 working days. If delays occur due to uncontrollable factors like raw material shortages, we will notify you 3 working days in advance and coordinate to adjust the plan.

After paying the deposit, if you want to modify battery parameters (e.g., capacity, size), can adjustments be made? Will there be additional costs?

Answer: Parameters can be modified within 7 working days after deposit payment (before cell cutting or housing mold opening starts). If the modified content does not involve core processes (e.g., only adjusting capacity without changing the cell model), no additional cost is needed. If it involves process changes (e.g., switching from aluminum shell to carbon fiber shell, adding low-temperature protection), the price will be adjusted based on cost, and the specific amount will be detailed.

Regarding the previously mentioned $50 deposit, if the order is canceled later, can the deposit be refunded? What are the rules for deduction when paying the full amount?

Answer: The deposit is refundable only when "no production process has been initiated (e.g., raw materials not purchased, design drawings not made)". Once production starts (e.g., cells have been cut, housing molds have been opened), the deposit cannot be refunded (as customized materials cannot be reused). Do customized batteries undergo quality inspection? Can after-sales service be provided if faults occur during subsequent use?

Answer: All customized batteries undergo 3 rigorous inspections (voltage consistency test, charge-discharge cycle test, extreme environment simulation test) before leaving the factory, and inspection reports are provided. For after-sales, customized batteries enjoy a 5-10-year warranty. During the warranty period, non-human faults (e.g., cell swelling, BMS failure) can be repaired or have core components replaced for free; repair or replacement costs are charged for human damage (e.g., dropping, water ingress).

Answer: Yes. You only need to inform the brand and model of the equipment and the usage scenario (e.g., "forklift - 3-ton load", "robot - indoor service type"), and we can provide parameter references.
