Hi, I’m back with a follow up. We had a chance to use the cart this past week. Pretty impressed so far. Install was a little difficult because we have the controller in middle of cart and the battery fits nicely but it would be better if the 12 volt controller connection and the meter connection were on a 90degree plug. That would enable you to put battery in straight. I have it slightly turned so cables have more room. Not a big deal but being a perfectionist. The company has been informative when I’ve had questions and they wanted a good review and now it’s up to them to follow up with a refund they promised for some of the shipping delay which was not their fault. Ps excellent delivery from fed ex and well packaged.

I installed the 48v 100Ah Mini in a 2004 Golf Car Prescedent. This battery is a perfect fit for the 2004-2008 model as it fits on one side unter the passenger or driver seat. This installation does require some rewiring. If you do not have the tools for rewiring your cart to convert it to lithium, pay someone who does. There are several good YouTube videos showing how to remove the old OBC on these carts.

After a week, the new battery is working great. The cart has more acceleration and hill climbing power. What I liked most is the kit includes everything you need, including the battery, charger, built in step down to 12 V, charging port, and all cables except new primary cables from the battery to your cart. If the old ones are corroded then be sure to get a new set of 4 AWG cables. I went to the automotive store and made my own 3 ft cables. I wish I would have made them 3.5 ft but 3 ft did work. Inregister s for the 8 year warranty. Hopefully I will never need it, but nice to have if the battery has issues sooner than expected. Will see if the battery lasts 8 years.

The only issue I had was the battery shipped several days later than promised. The company was very good at responding when I inquired about it. The battery arrived well packed about 2 weeks after ordering. It appears to be of very high quality as it is a thick metal case, quality connectors, good mounting points and very good instructions. I did not open it up as I did not want to void the warranty but there is a good YouTube video of someone reviewing what is inside the battery if you are interested before purchase.

The kit finally arrived. I have to give credit to how well it was packed. I have the 2006clubcar that has more steps than a simple install. I’ve watched many videos to convert this so I don’t think I’ll have a problem. It does fit on the passenger side but I’ve run into an issue plugging in some of the accessory plugs as they stick out too far. Have to think how I can work it out.i was offered 100. Off because of the long delay so I’ll write back my total review after I get that refund.
