Revolted Par-Tee Carts installs DIGI MARKER packs for cart owners. A shop like that judges a battery supplier on two things: whether the pack drops into the cart without drama, and who picks up when it doesn't. Their first HP Standard job came back as a five-star review with this line: "Straightforward, easy to install, customer support has been amazing." A few installations later came a short update: this was number seven, and Frank was "phenomenal to work with."
That relationship is what the DIGI MARKER dealer program is built around. Packs ship with instructions written for the model in the box, and with a support route for the questions that come up during the install and after it. It's a channel tied to the battery and the cart you're standing in front of, not a generic inbox.
Start With the Installation Manual for the Pack in Front of You
Every battery we ship has its own documentation, and our user-guide page keeps all of it in one place: manuals, charger instructions, and app setup guides. Pull the guide for the model on your bench before you cut a single cable tie.
The HP Series manual shows how specific these get. It lays out the installation arrangements and accessory power methods model by model, because an HP-Mini 48V 125Ah and an HP Standard don't wire up the same way. It also lists the checks to run before the first drive — the ones worth doing while the cart is still on the lift rather than in the customer's driveway.
That matters on a busy floor. If you work across several DIGI MARKER models in a week, you shouldn't have to carry the differences in your head; the instructions travel with the pack you're installing. Revolted Par-Tee Carts has sent us install photos from both Mini and HP Standard builds, and the dealer has credited Frank's help in bringing the products into the shop.
A Support Route Built for Dealers and Service Partners
Our support page opens with a Dealer / Service Partner option, because the questions a dealer asks are not the ones an end customer asks. Installers, repair shops, distributors, fleet operators, and business partners use the same route.
Pick an issue category and the form changes with it: batteries, chargers, displays, the app, wiring, driving behavior, or accessory power. A display that won't power on, a charger showing an unfamiliar light pattern, and a cart that cuts out under acceleration are three different problems, and the form asks for different information in each case. That last one is worth checking against what BMS tripping looks like before you open a ticket.
You'll also be asked for product and vehicle details: the order or invoice number, the battery serial, and how the controller or motor is configured. Together, those tell us which cart and which pack we're dealing with, instead of starting from "a customer's golf cart."
Send Photos and App Readings to Speed Up Support
If a description alone won't cover it, send what you have: photos, app screenshots, video links. Depending on the category you picked, the form may ask for battery status, individual cell voltages, or charger status.
This is where a photo beats a paragraph. A shot of the connector tells us more about its condition than three sentences trying to describe it. A short video captures the exact sequence an indicator is blinking. An app screenshot freezes the cell voltages at the moment things went wrong. Those readings usually look fine again by the time you've written the ticket up. As a case moves forward, we may ask for more install photos or the diagnostic logs.
The form handles one more thing: naming a preferred contact window in U.S. Central Time, with room to note when the shop is easiest to reach. If your bays are full until 4 p.m., say so. We'll aim for then.
Support That's Still There After the First Install
Revolted Par-Tee Carts kept ordering, and their later review returned to the same point: the service. In their words: "Excellent customer service."
It's how we want the dealer relationship to run. After-sales support here means the manuals and the support channel stay open during the install and long after, for the times a customer job turns up something you need to check. Bring the product and the vehicle, and we'll take it from there.
One thing dealers ask about early: warranty. Coverage on our packs is tiered rather than binary: free repair or full replacement for the first five years, then a discounted replacement as the pack gets older. It all depends on registering the pack within 90 days of the sale, which is the step that gets missed on a busy install day.
If you already sell and install our packs, the Dealer Portal is where applications, pricing, and protected pallet terms live. If you're still weighing it up, the margins are published before you talk to anyone. And for the wider picture of what we put behind dealers (purchasing, custom builds, and support), our dealer, installer and fleet support guide maps it out.
Dealer Support FAQ
What information should a dealer send with a DIGI MARKER support request?
A written description of the problem, plus whatever shows it: photos of connectors or wiring, a short video of a flashing sequence, an app screenshot of battery status or individual cell voltages. Add the battery serial number, order or invoice details, and the controller or motor configuration.
What issues can DIGI MARKER dealer support cover?
Batteries, chargers, displays, the app, wiring, driving behavior, and accessory power. Each category loads its own set of questions on the form, so the right details get captured the first time instead of in a second email.
Is DIGI MARKER support available after the first installation?
Yes. The manuals and the dealer support channel stay open during the install and long after it, for the times a customer job turns up something you need to check.
