Before you start

1. Match your battery and charger to the table on page 2.
2. Follow the charger instructions for power and battery connections. If
unsure, contact your dealer before starting.
3. Enable Bluetooth and allow the app to use it. Have internet access
available for online firmware.
4. Keep the charger powered and the phone nearby. Keep the app open
in the foreground throughout the update.

Get the app

ALT Charger

1. Find the correct charger

Choose DIGIcharger from the Bluetooth device list

Open the app and allow Bluetooth access. On Device Connect, tap
Scan, then select DIGIcharger.

The example displays DIGICharger with a capital C. Do not select DIG-CS devices or DIGI1008.

If more than one matching charger appears, ask your dealer how to identify yours
before continuing.

2. Confirm the connection

Check the selected device before choosing firmware

1. Open digi charger on Android or ALT Charger on iPhone. Allow
Bluetooth access when prompted.
2. On Device Connect, tap Scan. Select DIGIcharger - the charger
Bluetooth name. Do not select a device with a different name.
3. Tap update at the bottom of the app.
4. Confirm that BLE Connected appears before selecting firmware.
If more than one DIGIcharger appears, do not guess. Ask your dealer how to
identify your charger before continuing.

3. Select your firmware

Open the Online Firmware list. Match the complete name, including
1100W or 900W, voltage and current.
Check your selection once more against page 2, then tap Firmware
Update. Keep the phone near the charger.

Use the online list for this procedure. The Local Firmware button is not needed.

Choose the correct firmware
